Twenty-fourth Meeting Home Page

The American Society of Primatologists will hold the 2001 meeting in Savannah, Georgia. Armstrong Atlantic State University is sponsoring the event and our meetings will be the first to be held in the new science building that is currently under construction at Armstrong.

Wednesday, August 8 is the opening day. Standing committee meetings will be held at various times between 1:00 and 5:00 PM. The Ice Breaker will be held Wednesday evening, August 8th with hors d’oeuvres and drinks. Scientific meetings will begin at 8:00 AM on Thursday, August 9 and end at 5:00pm Saturday, August 11. Poster sessions will be held between 7:00 and 9:00 PM on Thursday and Friday. The Banquet will be held Saturday evening at Historic Savannah Station beginning at 7:00 PM. Transportation will be provided to and from the campus for the banquet. Information regarding the Savannah area can be located at http://www.savannah-online.com/.
